A permanently mounted bracket that allows 1A Raingutter Towers or Q Towers to be used in some situations where no raingutters exist. Installed with carriage bolts, washers, and lock nuts.

- If you are attempting to use QTowers and our bolt top loader for your vehicle you will need a pair of Q41 clips, sold separately.
