Pricing and Shipping Policies
Prices are subject to change without notice on all items listed in our catalog. Not all items listed in our catalog are in-stock items. Notifications will be issued for orders in which items are out of stock or will take longer to recieve. Not all items are shippable due to dealer agreements. Please allow 1-2 days for the processing of an order before final shipment. Please notify us of inaccurate/typo errors listed in our website. We attempt to be as accurate as possible and eliminate errors on the Site; however, we do not warrant that any product, service, description, photograph, pricing or other information is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. In the event of an error, whether on the Site, in an order confirmation, in processing an order, delivering a product or service or otherwise, we reserve the right to correct such error and revise your order accordingly if necessary (including charging the correct price) or to cancel the order and refund any amount charged. Your sole remedy in the event of such error is to cancel your order and obtain a refund.
Bicycles cannot be shipped due to dealer contracts set up by the various bicycle manufacturers. This is to maintain the highest level of customer service with a one-on-one customer/salesperson relationship. We want to ensure that your new bicycle is properly sized and recieves the correct adjustments before leaving the store.
You may purchase a bicycle online and pick it up at one of our store locations. Simply choose the store location most convenient to you during checkout.
Occasionally problems occur with shipped products. In the event of a problem (damaged or incorrect goods), returns may be accepted 14 days after the received ship date. The item must be in like new condition (unless damaged in shipping) and with original manufacturer's packaging. Sale or closeout items cannot be returned. Items from our Expanded Special Order Catalog and any item noted as "In Warehouse" will incur a 15% restocking fee upon return. Returned items should be shipped via UPS or insured US mail (We do not accept COD's). There are no in-store refunds for online orders. A return authorization number must be acquired on returns valued over $100 (obtained by either phone or e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org). The return authorization number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package. Returns without the proper information will be refused.
Out of Stock & Backorders
Every once and a while, products may unexpectedly be out of stock or unavailable. In the event of an item that is out of stock, it may take 5 - 7 working days for us to recieve the product before it is shipped to you. Unfortunately manufacturers do not ship products direct to customers. In the event of a backordered item, we will contact you via e-mail or phone and alert you of the situation. You will only be billed for shipped products. The various items in our catalog frequently change and although we try to update the in-stock and out of stock products, there may be times in which our stock information is incorrect. All online orders are placed through the Stow store location. If you would like your order shipped to another store location, please e-mail us at: firstname.lastname@example.org with your order information. Our trucks run periodically throughout the week, but not every day. Please give us a call ahead to ensure that your order has been relocated and is ready for pickup. For security reasons, please bring the credit card which was used for the purchase for verification.
