"I am writing this email to tell you how absolutely superior I think your bike shops are, most specifically - your service! I purchased a bicycle from you about 6 months ago, and have since been in and out of the Willoughby shop several times for adjustments and accessories. The entire staff consistently goes out of their way to see that I'm being helped and makes sure that I leave the store with my questions answered. In a kind of retail store where someone could be taken advantage of, your employees ooze trustworthiness. You are always well staffed - a rarity in other stores, and your staff always appears to be actually enjoying what they do - even more rare! I used to think the Willoughby shop was some kind of phenomenon, but today I took a trip to the parent store in Stow and was equally impressed. I came in looking to spend a good amount of money on a seat and up front let Brian know that - he then spent almost an entire hour with me helping me meticulously adjust the seat and educating me about how to get the right fit. Nate also helped quite a bit - both very bright, outgoing and personable guys who are clearly passionate about bicycles. I have no idea where you recruit your employees from, but you are doing an amazing job. I simply cannot say enough about the service I consistently receive at your stores and it is what will always keep me coming back. Thanks again - I'm sure I will be in soon!"

I drive past several other bicycle dealers because I know when I'm shopping for accessories, need service or asking a question, I will be dealt with by a knowledgeable, courteous staff. "Pretty sweet little bike store....came here to pick up some accessories since [another local store] didn't have much of a selection and walked out with a bunch of new stuff....shorts (great sale!), gloves, a new lock, cycling computer and a great map of the Towpath Trail....who knew that thing went so far south?? Good selection in accessories for both men and women. Didn't check out the bikes too much since we're not in the market for anything new right now, but they seemed to have a pretty wide variety of all types of bikes and a good number of kids’ bikes, too. I'd love to head down and check out their flagship store in Stow - it looks absolutely amazing. I also have to say that their website is one of the better ones out of the local bike shops!"

"I wanted to pass on a BIG THANK YOU to Zack and his team at Montrose. Their service is always helpful, and friendly. I did have exceptional service from Mike R. on Friday, July 9. It was near the end of the day when I came in and Mike went above and beyond to get my bike serviced and available for my weekend training ride. I’ve never seen a guy work so fast with precision adjusting to make it happen. This is one of the main reasons my wife and I purchase our bikes and service from your store. "I just wanted to thank everyone at the Stow Eddy's Bike Shop - they are beyond awesome! A couple years ago I bought my bike at Eddy's. From the moment I walked into the Stow store the first time, everyone was beyond helpful. The salesperson at the time helped me pick out an amazing bike, accessorize it, and put it together for me! I have been back many times since to buy new accessories including a bike rack. I have also been in the store many times for help with my bike (nothing that is wrong with it, things I just cannot figure out myself). As soon as I walk in the store there is always someone to greet me and ask what they can help me with. My bike is still working really well to this day. I really appreciate that when I have problems getting my bike rack on, air in my tires, or other little things (I am not very technical) that I can walk in and that the guys at Eddy's are always willing to help me, regardless of what little problem I am having, and they are always so polite about it! I just really wanted to thank everyone at Eddy's in Stow - they truly have made a difference in my biking adventures and I look forward to using Eddy's in the future for my biking needs. "I have been a customer of Eddy’s North Olmsted since 1999, when I bought my first “real” bike. Since then I’ve purchased 4 more bikes, my last being a high end Specialized mountain bike last June. Over the past year, I have had two deaths of immediate family members, so I haven’t been able to ride much. This past Saturday, I took down my bike down for the first time since last spring and found the front tire to be flat and the back disk brake to be stuck in the engaged position. I then took the bike to the North Olmsted shop, very upset about the brake issue. I was politely greeted by your Service Department and even though I was interrupting him while he was working on another bike, he stopped what he was doing and took my bike right back to work on it. The gentleman fixed the brake, changed the flat, and answered my multiple questions along with giving advice, all the while making me feel non-bothersome. What great service!! Furthermore, due to my family tragedies over the past year, I forewent coming in to get my 30 day tune up. Your Service Department very accommodatingly had me drop off my bike after I hit the Royalview single track, and they took care of the tune up without charge, finishing it later that day. I am in the market for a Tricross vs a Crossrip next spring and I will be purchasing it at the North Olmsted Eddy’s. I am so impressed with your selection and with your Service Department and I will remain a loyal customer. Please thank you Service Department for giving me a great ride last Saturday, and for the no hassle tune up."
